Unlike Van Helsing, Hellsing is an Organization that is designed to destroy any vampire that decides to cause trouble. The Hellsing Organization is led by Sir Integra Wingates Hellsing and the help of her butler, Walter, vampire servant, Alucard, and Alucard's turned vampire friend Seras Victoria. Here are some of the characters involved in Hellsing. |

Sir Integra Wingates Hellsing is the head of the Hellsing Organization. She (yes, she, that is a woman) commands Alucard, Seras Victoria, and Walter to keep the vampire race in control. She is the only one who Alucard follows and Alucard may only hunt humans if it is okay with her. Integra gained control of the Hellsing Organization after her father passed away. Though her greedy uncle wanted control of the Organization, it was Integra who gained it when she found Alucard as a dried up dead corpse in the basement of the Organization. After spilling some blood on Alucard, she brought the dried up corpse that was Alucard to life and beat her greedy uncle's agents with Alucard's help. |

Alucard is the vampire that assists Integra in the Hellsing Organization. He is the one that must fight and destroy any vampire that is causing trouble in the nearby town. Alucard's worst enemy is Father Anderson, a vampire hunting priest who works for the Isariote Institution. Alucard is known to be the most indestructible vampire ever. He can morph into many forms, including a two-headed, several-eyed hell monster. Alucard is known to be several hundred years old and has worked for the Hellsing Organization for a long time. He started working for Integra when she spilled blood on his dried up form and revived him. He killed the agents harming Integra and has worked for her ever since. |

Seras Victoria (whom Alucard nicknames Police Girl) is the mortal that Alucard turns into a vampire. One day, when Alucard is out for a nice meal, he runs into a vampire about to make Victoria (ahem, excuse me, Police Girl) into a ghoul. (A person can become a vampire only if he or she is a virgin and a vampire drinks from him or her. If the person is not a virgin and a vampire drinks from him or her, then, he or she becomes a ghoul) Alucard kills the vampire but ends up accidentally almost kills Victoria in the process. Alucard drinks from her and saves her, turning her into a vampire. Victoria is then taught the ways of a vampire but she refuses to drink blood. She aids Alucard in destroying evil vampires and uses a GIGANTIC gun to help him. |

Walter, who also known as the Angle Of Death (as shown in this picture here) is Integra's butler and serves Integra willingly. He also helps destroy evil vampires but only if they get into the building and start wrecking havoc. He is the one who helps take down Jan's (pronounced YON, you'll learn about him a little later) minions who are known as the Boo Doo Murder People. He is also the one who gives Victoria her coffin to which she must sleep in. Not much is known about Walter, including his past. All we know is that he serves Integra. |
Now, onto more secondary characters.......

Jan (pronounced YON) Valentine is an evil vampire that breaks into the Hellsing Organization alongside his brother, Luke. He is one of the most toughest vampiric enemies that the Hellsing Organization has ever faced. He is introduced in Volume 2 of the Hellsing series where he breaks into the Hellsing Organization with the sincere hope of destroying. He manages to get past the guards (and grab some victims on the way) and breaks into Integra's office. After having a talk with Integra and the group there and giving them some kind of clue (he says the word millennium which the Hellsing team must figure out what it means), he meets an untimely death by bursting into flames. |

Luke Valentine is Jan's brother and
together they make up the Valentine brothers. Alongside Jan, he breaks
into the Hellsing Organization. Him and Jan decide to go separate ways
throughout the building. While Jan ends up with Integra and the others,
Luke ends up challenging Alucard to an untimely fight. As the two fight,
it seems like Luke is the one who has the better power and skill than
Alucard. Just when Luke thinks he is winning, Alucard springs into
action by turning into a two headed, several eyed hell monster. Poor
Luke gets his arms and legs ripped off and gets killed in the process. You kind of have to feel sorry for the guy, don't you? |

Father Alexander Anderson (who also has many nicknames including Palidin Anderson, Hit Man Anderson, Killling Anderson and so forth) is the priest that works for the Isariot Organization, Section XIII. The Isariot Organization Section XIII is a group that hunts down vampires much like the Hellsing Agency. But, unlike the Hellsing Agency, they hunt down all vampires. They do not like the Hellsing Agency because Hellsing uses Alucard to hunt down vampires. The Isariot believes in hunting all vampires and heretics as well (they sincerely believe the Hellsing Agency is a group of heretics) In direct violation of the treaty of the Vatican and the Protestant Church of England, the Isariot sends Anderson to hunt down the vampires and people working for Hellsing. Anderson goes and runs into Alucard and Seras Victoria and drives a blessed sword into Victoria's neck. He then gets in a fight with Alucard and chops off Alucard's head. He then runs into Integra, kills two of Integra's men, and almost kills Integra herself. But, Alucard regenerates, turns into an invincible form and defeats Anderson. |
Well, it seems that I am done with talking of Hellsing and its characters. Granted, there are many more characters in the series of Hellsing but well, um, I don't feel like talking about all of them right now. I've given you what you needed to know, now scram! And go visit my Vampire Hunter D page.
Run, before crazy Alucard gets you!
